Nathan Marsak is a Los Angeles historian, preservation advocate, and is perpetually restoring his Highland Park home. He is the author of Los Angeles Neon. His forthcoming projects include a book on the American mortuary, and something involving all those postcards he’s collected.

Hi Nathan, Enjoyed your talk last Sunday from Hennessey + Ingalls Art bookstore vis Zoom.
Would like to snail mail you a book with photos from downtown Los Angeles.
It was from Los Angeles photographer Ray McSavaney who passed away in 2014. I have Ray’s archives. Currently have a lightbox photo exhibit at Union Station on my Los Angeles underground transportation project.
